Clare Burder

Clare has been working in the wine industry for over 14 years. She’s written about wine (in 2016 her book ‘Tipsy’ won the Wine Communicators Award for best wine book), made wine, taught wine appreciation, sold wine, drank a lot of wine and in general has spent most of her career talking about wine.

Currently she divides her time between regional Victoria – where she makes the wines for Eminence; and Melbourne – where she hosts events & tastings as a wine educator.

In between these, she can reliably be found keeping a seat warm at one of Melbourne’s exceptional wine bars.
