Our Story
On a small island cast adrift, a shipwrecked coast is buffeted by the crashing waves of the Southern Ocean. Around a treacherous bend, the mysterious sea relents, and a protected haven comes into view. And it’s here, where vines meet the sea, that we found our home. Welcome to our corner of the wild.

Our Wine
Winemaking and wilderness have come together to create a uniquely modern range of cold climate wines shaped by the pristine Tasmanian East Coast. The intensity of flavours of Devil’s Corner wines are specific to the Hazards Vineyard, the largest vineyard in Tasmania.Exposed to nature, strong winds, the maritime influence of the ocean and protection from the West, Devil’s Corner winesare very much a product of our stunning vineyard.Made by the tenacious, the ingenious and the passionate, by a Devil’s’ crew prepared to risk low yields and vintage-wreckingwinds to craft their inviting wines.

Our Home
The home of Devil’s Corner wine incorporates the best that the East Coast of Tasmania has to offer. Nestled on the winding road between Swansea and Bicheno, Devil’s Corner Cellar Door and Lookout incorporates the breathtaking view of the Hazard’s mountain range overlooking the Moulting Lagoon. Enjoy award winning East Coast Tasmanian wine while you sit back and relax with freshly shucked oysters from Freycinet Marine Farm’s onsite pop-up oyster bar The Fishers, or wood fired pizza and coffee from Tombolo, a local Coles Bay café also set up at our cellar door. With natural beauty in abundance and the Freycinet Peninsula with its pristine beaches, beautiful bushland and incredible wine and food is ready to be discovered.
