For the last 15 years, I've worked in Australia and around the world and had the privilege to create food and design menus at some at of the world’s most exclusive places and restaurants.

While I was originally based in Noosa, most recently, I was in the Pacific for five years, working as a private chef on the Super Yachts. The Pacific is a very special place, a bit like Noosa - unique in the world - a place where people value the connection between food, friendship, and celebration.

My love of Pacific culture and the concept of Ohana, which means a warm and friendly family environment, inspired my business partner and I to bring a little bit of Pacific love and hospitality to the Sunshine Coast, so I returned home, and we founded The Ohana Group, based here in beautiful Noosa.
