How-to guru and classically trained chef (might explain the obsession with duck fat), Warren Mendes is a contributing food editor at delicious. The former management consultant traded in the corporate life to don a pair of chefs whites, hat included, and train in food at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Paris and London. Warren worked at delicious. for over four years and now works as a freelancer but remains a contributor. Before delicious. he worked in restaurants and catering, as well as across various cookbooks and food TV shows. When he’s not hammering out food raps and hating on kale, you can find him educating the team on all things food (especially from his native South Africa) or whipping up easy and original weeknight meals (hello beersotto).
