La Vida chefs will be shucking Tasmanian pacific oysters, serving Flinders island crayfish pots and local crab within the street dining area of the restaurant beautifully matched with NV Bellebonne Sparkling Rose by Natalie Fryer.
Also featuring on the menu will be a Moreton bay Bug Risotto with 2019 Chartley Estate Pinot Gris, Rowella, Tas and shaved Parma ham served with breads in La Vida Privato with a glass of 2019 Springvale Pinot Noir, Freycinet Coast, Tas.
To finish, indulge in freshly cooked Crepes Suzette cooked by our waiter and a Tasmanian Hellfire limoncello. Guests are encouraged to move around the dining spaces and mingle at this lunchtime experience.
