Enjoy a 5-course Japanese kappo menu prepared by Sumi Open Kitchen’s owner/chef Giles Hohnen expertly paired with Sake. The menu will focus on seasonality, market availability of produce and the delicate Umami flavour. Your main course will be prepared using Sumi Open Kitchen’s Japanese charcoal grill.
